What's the difference between the tiers?

Pricing is organized into two parallel tracks: three Residential tiers for homes, and three Land tiers for vacant land and acreage. The same $349 setup fee and 2-month minimum apply across all tiers.

Is OLS a real estate broker or agent?

No. OLS is strictly a marketing and educational platform. We do not list on the MLS, negotiate contracts, or act as your agent. You remain in full control and use your own closing attorney for all legal matters. This is clearly stated in every disclosure agreement.

How much time will you spend helping me?

We keep it simple and efficient. You get a 45-minute discovery call at the beginning, then all coaching, support, and check-ins happen through priority email. This keeps everything documented and scalable while still giving you the guidance you need.
